Mere Dost Mere Apne

hi friends
how will one feel if someone knock his door after midnight and he is in deep sleep?? Moreover he comes n say that i was here just to say you hello now you cn sleep and have sweet dreams.Obiviously one will shook his head and will lable the visitor"MAD". But if you are in amu it is part of your daily routine. One of my friend Shavez Ansari daily visits me after 1.00am in the morning(It is the time when he returns from maulana Azad library) and pull out my coverings. Only sentence he utters,"Docter saheb i ve come to meet you and you are simply sleping. Ok good night and sweet dreams meet you later in the department.
Another one who is my cousin "Nusrat Abbas" asks me to accompany him for a cup of tea. He is a regular visitor to 'Hasan Ka Daba' a tea stall at purani chungi. Whenhis shutter is down I ve to share his night tour at Sulaiman Hall. The dhabagiri as i said earlier is an undispensable part of life at amu. An average student consumption of tea at amu is approximatelt 10-12 cups a day. There are some who even go for more then thirty ups a day. One can find more dhabas(tea stalls) then book stalls and coaching centres near the campus. Library cateen, university central canteen along with purani chungi, sulaiman hall, zakaria market, dodhpur crossing, tasveer mahal are the favourite hang outs for tea lovers. Shafiq's canteen at old boys lounge also find some dhaba going gentry.
